Hall Johnson releases debut full length Haymaker

Haymaker, the long-awaited debut LP from Texas-based band Hall Johnson, lands via The Record Machine in May of 2023. Produced by Charles Dahlke (The Brazen Youth, Sub Pop), the record is an anthem to independence in a time when being alone was a privilege. The song's core messages relay a testament to struggling to learn to take of oneself, weaving themselves between bouncy and catchy guitar rock gems. Haymaker seeks to comfort, and serve as an important marker in the band’s 6+ year-long career.
