Monta releases new single Transcendent

Swirly post-punk combo Monta escape space and time with their latest single, "Transcendent." Inspired by a Celtic mystical idea of heaven existing three feet from the earth, the song puts forth the notion of searching for a way to cross over into that realm. Dedric Moore and Mikal Shapiro's beguiling vocals implore the listener to find that space within, as the Monta crew accent the message with a delirious mélange of synthesizer syncopation, disembodied disco drums, and crackling guitar riffs.
